配送政策
發貨地點及配送方式
所有訂單均由香港發貨，並由順豐速運配送。
訂單處理及送達時間
訂單將於付款確認後 24 小時內發貨，包括星期六、星期日及香港公眾假期。發貨後預計 1–2 個自然日送達。
配送地區
我們配送至整個香港特別行政區，包括香港島、九龍、新界、偏遠地區及離島。
運費
所有訂單均免運費。順豐速運產生的所有附加費，包括偏遠地區、離島、住宅及其他附加費，均由本店承擔。
配送延誤
惡劣天氣、公眾假期、順豐速運營運安排或其他超出我們合理控制的情況，可能導致配送延誤。如訂單延誤，顧客可電郵聯絡我們，我們將協助向順豐速運查詢，但無法保證指定送達日期。
錯誤或不完整地址
如發現地址錯誤或不完整，請盡快聯絡我們。發貨前我們可協助修改；發貨後則須視乎順豐速運的安排，不能保證修改成功。因地址錯誤或不完整而產生的退回、重新配送或其他額外費用，須由顧客承擔。

Shipping Policy
Shipping Origin and Carrier
All orders are shipped from Hong Kong and delivered by SF Express.
Order Processing and Estimated Delivery
Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours after payment confirmation, including Saturdays, Sundays and Hong Kong public holidays. Estimated delivery is 1–2 calendar days after dispatch.
Delivery Areas
We deliver throughout the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories, remote areas and outlying islands.
Shipping Fees
Delivery is free for all orders. All SF Express surcharges, including remote-area, outlying-island, residential and other surcharges, are paid by us.
Delivery Delays
Delivery may be delayed by severe weather, public holidays, SF Express operational arrangements or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Customers may contact us for assistance with an enquiry to SF Express; however, a specific delivery date cannot be guaranteed.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please contact us as soon as possible if the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete. We can assist with amendments before dispatch. After dispatch, any amendment is subject to SF Express arrangements and cannot be guaranteed. The customer is responsible for any return, redelivery or additional charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
